We want to reassure you that our number one priority is to protect and maintain the health and wellbeing of our residents and staff team. With your safety first and foremost in our minds, we had to take the very difficult decision on 23rd March to temporarily close our office to all visitors.
CCRMO is continuing to try to keep our residents and staff safe. we now have staff shortages due to staff sickness and caring responsibilities.
Support CCRMO staff because they are doing their best to help you and stay safe your calls will be answered, but give us time to get to the phone or leave a message.

The RMO appreciates that we have many elderly and vulnerable residents who require support during the lockdown. The RMO has put in place welfare checks whereby we are phoning elderly, sick or disabled residents to ascertain if they need advice or practical support. We ask that you check on your neighbours during this period and contact us if you have any concerns.
We are currently operating a reduced cleaning service but working hard to ensure that the cleaning of all blocks is carried out safely and thoroughly. We ask that you assist the cleaners by ensuring you dispose of your waste in a careful manner.

Estate parking arrangements
In line with the Government instruction, the estate parking regulations for visitors have been lifted and there is no need to display a visitor parking permit until further notice.
For many who are being asked to stay at home or self-quarantine, this self-isolation will cause additional stress. Some of our residents have set up a volunteering scheme and are offering to collect shopping and medicines for those who need additional help. We will update our services based on the most current advice provided by the Government.
For now – please follow the guidance and stay safe.
